A serum is a facial skincare product you can apply to your skin after cleansing with the intent of delivering ingredients directly into the skin. Serums are well-suited to this task because they consist of smaller molecules that can penetrate the skin and deliver a very high concentration of bioactive ingredients.

Our products contain no ingredients with gluten, but we are unable to guarantee they are 100% gluten free. Some ingredients are processed in facilities that handle ingredients with trace amounts of gluten.

Our products are free of synthetic fragrances, however we incorporate low concentrations of essential oils in our formulas. The incorporation of essential oils is intended for certain benefits aside from any secondary olfactory effect.

Orders are usually fulfilled within 2 business days and generally take 2-4 days for delivery. All times and dates given for delivery are provided in good faith and are estimates only.
Please note due to high order volumes, your order may be delayed. You will be contacted by our team in the event of delay.
Returns & Refunds

At Paracas, we strive to make every customer happy, and we want you to purchase from us with confidence.
For single bottle purchases, we do not accept returns. We encourage you to share any unused product with a friend or family member. For multiple bottle purchases, we accept returns and process refunds under the following conditions:
- Unused products must be unopened and in their sealed paper tubes with the clear round sticker untampered.
- Returns must be received within 45 days of the purchase date.
To initiate a return, please email us here with your order number. Upon confirmation, we will email you a return shipping label and packing slip for you to print out.
To eliminate waste, please use the original shipping box you received from your order.
Enclose the packing slip inside, seal the box with tape, and affix the label to the outside of the box and drop off at either a USPS® mailing location or UPS Store® near you.
Following return delivery, we will issue you a refund for the balance of unused product to the original form of payment. Please allow up to 30 days for returns processing.
